Mr. Chng Weng Wah Eddie Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chng has been a Director of the Company since 3 February 2005. Mr. Chng oversees the Group’s strategic direction and has become a key contributor to an ongoing effort to increase and identify opportunities for new businesses and growth potential. Working by his basic philosophy, Mr. Chng embodies relentless work ethics of his teams and is always developing a versatile, creative, out-of-the box management so as to bring forward the Group’s growth to new heights. Mr. Chng has a diverse exposure to semiconductor industry for more than 20 years and was named Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs Award at Berlin Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs Forum in 1999. Mr. Chng is non-executive Chairman and Director of Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited (“Centillion”). Centillion is Equation’s associated company. Mr Chng is also non-executive Deputy Chairman and non-executive Director of Westech Electronics Limited.

Ms Lim Hui Chee Group Finance Director

Ms. Lim joined the Company as Group Finance Director in November 2010. She holds a Master in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia. She is also a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS) and a fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has more than 15 years of post-graduation experience gained from both private and Singapore public-listed companies. Prior to her commercial experience, she was an external auditor with one of the international audit firm. Her role is to oversee the entire group finance team, external & internal reporting function, strategic financial planning & corporate activities, compliance and control functions.

Mr Chow Sou Chian Larry Chief Executive Officer of Disa Digital Safety Pte. Ltd. ( " Disa P/L ")

Mr. Chow was appointed as the chief executive officer (“CEO of Disa P/L”) on 1 February 2006. His responsibilities include overseeing the Disa P/L Group’s strategic directions and development. Mr. Chow has more than 20 years of experience in the sale, marketing and distribution of consumer electronic products in the PRC and Europe and has built up a wide network of distribution contacts for consumer electronic products in these location. Prior to joining Disa P/L, Mr. Chow was the chief operating officer of Serial System Ltd, from 1990 to 2001.

Mr. Han Yang Kwang Vice-president of Sales of Disa Digital Safety Pte. Ltd. ( " Disa P/L ")

Mr. Han Yang Kwang was appointed on 15 May 2009. Mr. Han is responsible for the sale of LED products and products marketed under the brand-name “DISA” and reports directly to the CEO of Disa P/L. Prior to joining Disa P/L, he was the Managing Director (South Asia) and Group vice-president for WT Microelectronics Co Ltd, from 2003 to 2009, and vice-president of sales and marketing for Serial System Ltd, from 2001 to 2003.

Mr Peh Hai Chin General Manager and Director of Equation Recycling Pte. Ltd.

Mr Peh has been in the waste recycling and related business since 2001. Prior to that, he was involved in automobile-related businesses. Mr Peh is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Equation Recycling Pte Ltd. Over the years, he has established good relationships with many electronic manufacturers based regionally.

Mr Matthias Claus Managing Director of M3 Electronic GmbH (“M3”)

Mr. Claus has more than 28 years of extensive experience in the sales, distribution and marketing of consumer electronics products in European markets and possesses a wide network of contact with distributors of consumer electronics products in European Union, mainly Germany. Prior to joining M3, he worked for several major distributors and importers of consumer electronics products in Germany such as Elta GmbH and Markant AG. Mr. Claus is responsible for overseeing the overall profitability of M3 and plays a key role in the strategic business development and operations of M3.

Mr Uwe Bremeyer Managing Director of DiSa Digital Safety GmbH.

Mr. Bremeyer is experience on purchasing and category management in different hierarchy positions. He has extensive experience in international procurement and is also an expert for general requirements of retail for exploiting consumer electronic products. During the last 25 years he has become a specialist for supply chain and internal processing for different types of retail. Mr. Bremeyer is responsible for overseeing the operation of Disa GmbH with priority of establishing Disa GmbH’s merchandise surveillance system on European market. He is in charge of developing and aligning necessary strategies for the Disa GmbH’s growth and business.

Ms Wong Ah Kiow Financial Controller of Disa Digital Safety Pte. Ltd. (“Disa P/L”)

Ms. Wong was appointed in August 2010. Ms. Wong is a CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). She is also a fellow of ACCA and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has many years of working experiences in the manufacturing industry, both local company listed in Malaysia and multinational company listed in Singapore. Prior to this, she was an external auditor. Her main responsibilities include overseeing the entire Disa P/L group finance team, management reporting function as well as strategic financial planning and compliance related matters.

Mr Tan Hong Kiat Managing Director of Equation Resources Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Tan has over 20 years of practical maritime experience in offshore, shipbuilding, and shipping services in Singapore, Indonesia and Asia. He is also equipped with the knowledge in forestry, timber and coal management. Throughout his career, Mr. Tan has built a solid foundation of fundamentals and establishments in the marine and offshore industries. Mr. Tan plays a significant role in the growth and business development of ERPL.

Mr Patrick Foong Keng Yuen Managing Director of Equation Energy Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Foong has more than 29 years post-graduate experience in the design, operation & maintenance of building mechanical & electrical systems and has successfully implemented investment grade energy audits and energy performance contracts for large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings both in Singapore and the region. He holds a first-class honours degree from King’s College, London and a M.Sc.in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Inspector (M&E Fire Safety). Mr Foong is overall responsible for the growth and profitability of this strategic business unit which provides energy management & performance contracting services to the building industry.

Mr Lew Kim Liong General Manager of Equation Resources Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Lew was appointed in April 2011. He has worked in local and multinational listed companies, with more than 15 years of experience in shipping, logistic, mining operations and marketing. Mr. Lew holds a bachelor of Management Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management from the University of South Australia. He is responsible for the development and management of existing sand, granite and vessels’ chartering businesses in ERPL.
