Mr. Chng Weng Wah Eddie Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Mr Chng has been appointed a Director of the Company since 3 February 2005. Overseeing the Group’s strategic direction and a key contributor to new business initiatives, Mr Chng brings to his position a rich experience, knowledged management and vision to the Group. He has held various positions in other public listed companies. Mr Chng is non-executive Chairman and Director of Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited (“Centillion”), our associated company.

Mr Tan Kian Group Finance Director

Mr Tan Kian is a CPA and his past working experiences include holding key finance positions in some Chinese companies listed in Singapore, being a financial consultant and internal auditor etc. His role is to oversee the entire group finance team and reporting function, strategic financial planning & corporate activities, compliance and control functions including compliance to the listing rules, corporate governance issues etc.

Mr Chow Sou Chian Larry Chief executive officer of DiSa Digital safety Pte. Ltd.

Mr. Chow has more than 20 years of experience in the sale, marketing and distribution of consumer electronic products in the PRC and Europe and has built up a wide network of distribution contacts for consumer electronic products in these location.His responsibilities include overseeing the DiSa Digital Safety Group's strategic directions and development.

Mr Peh Hai Chin General Manager and Director of Equation Recycling Pte. Ltd.

Mr Peh has been in the waste recycling and related business since 2001. Prior to that, he was involved in automobile-related businesses. Mr Peh is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Equation Recycling Pte Ltd. Over the years, he has established good relationships with many electronic manufacturers based regionally.

Mr Matthias Claus Managing Director of M3 Electronic GmbH (“M3”)

Mr Claus has more than 26 years of extensive experience in the sales, distribution and marketing of consumer electronics products in European markets and possesses a wide network of contact with distributors of consumer electronics products in European Union, mainly Germany. Prior to joining M3, he worked for several major distributors and importers of consumer electronic products in Germany such as Elta GmbH and Markant AG. Mr Claus is responsible for overseeing the overall profitability of M3 and plays a key role in the strategic business development and operations of M3.

Mr Uwe Bremeyer Managing Director of DiSa Digital Safety GmbH.

The occupational activities of Mr. Bremeyer were focused mainly on purchasing and category management in different hierarchy positions. Based on a longer layover in Asia, he has extensive experience in international procurement. He is also an expert for general requirements of retail for exploiting consumer electronic products. During the last 25 years he has become a specialist for supply chain and internal processing for different types of retail. Aside from a wide and “high level” of network in retail, he has excellent contacts to suppliers and associations. Mr. Bremeyer is responsible for overseeing the overall profitability of DiSa with priority of establishing DiSa’ merchandise surveillance system on European market. Therefore he develops and put into practice and aligned necessary strategies for the Company’s growth and business.

Mr Tan Hong Kiat Managing Director of Equation Resources Pte. Ltd.

Mr Tan has more than 20 years of experience in managing the offshore, marine and shipbuilding industry in Singapore, Indonesia and Asia. Apart from that he also has the knowledge in forestry, timber and coal industries. Throughout his career journey, he has established a strong network in Marine as well in other industries. Mr Tan currently plays a key role in business development of Equation Resources.

Mr Patrick Foong Keng Yuen Managing Director of Equation Energy Pte. Ltd.

Mr Foong has more than 27 years post-graduate experience in the design, operation & maintenance of building mechanical & electical systems and has successfully carried out investment grade energy audits and performance contracts to large commercial, industrial and institutional buildings in Singapore and the region. He holds a first-class honours degree from King's College, London and a M.Sc.in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He is a registered Professional Engineer and a FSSD Registered Inspector (M&E Fire Safety).
