| Ambassador Toh joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in October 1966 and had served in Singapore’s diplomatic
posts in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and the Hong Kong & Macau Special Administrative Regions
(”SAR”). He was Ambassador to Vietnam from January 1994 to January 2002 and Consul-General to the Hong
Kong & Macau SARs from February 2002 to December 2007. He has been appointed as the Senior Adviser to
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon his retirement from the foreign service at the end of 2007. Ambassador
Toh has a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degree from the University of Singapore. He also sits on the Board of two other listed companies. |

| Mr. Chng has been a Director of the Company since 3 February 2005. Mr. Chng oversees the Group’s strategic
direction and has become a key contributor to an ongoing effort to increase and identify opportunities for new
businesses and growth potential. Working by his basic philosophy, Mr. Chng embodies relentless work ethics
of his teams and is always developing a versatile, creative, out-of-the box management so as to bring forward
the Group’s growth to new heights. Mr. Chng has a diverse exposure to semiconductor industry for more than
20 years and was named Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs Award at Berlin Asia Europe Young Entrepreneurs
Forum in 1999. Mr. Chng also sits on the Board of two other listed companies. |
Mr Teo Soon Chye

Mr. Teo is currently Advisor (Special Projects) after holding the position of ”Secretary to the University (President’s
Office)” at Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Teo has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics
from the University of Singapore. Mr. Teo is Independent Director of Innovalues Limited and also Director of
Harvard Singapore Foundation.
Mr. Teo has enjoyed an intense but varied business career covering a range of industries with a concentration on
banking, investments and education. His experience covers both operational management and staff responsibilities
at senior levels of both private and publicly held corporations. Born in Singapore and based in Hong Kong for a decade, Mr. Teo’s assignments have required extensive time spent abroad in Europe and North America as well
as numerous locations in Asia.
He was awarded Chevalier dans L’Ordre des Palmes academiques in 2010 and Visiting Fellow Cambridge
University’s Wolfson College in 2009. |
Mr Lau Kay Heng

Mr. Lau has over 20 years of corporate management and corporate advisory experience spanning the Asia
Pacific region for various multinational and Singapore listed companies in the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical,
interior floor covering and environmental industries. Mr. Lau is currently the Managing Director of a boutique
corporate advisory firm specializing in corporate advisory, private equity, merger & acquisition, IPO transactions
in Singapore, China, Korea and Australia. Mr. Lau was awarded the prestigious Public Service Commission
Scholarship and graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science degree.
