| Ambassador Toh has been with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since October 1966 with diplomatic postings to Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and the Hong Kong & Macau Special Administrative Regions (“SAR”). He was Ambassador to Vietnam from January 1994 to January 2002 and Consul-General to the Hong Kong & Macau SARs from February 2002 to December 2007. He has been appointed as the Senior Adviser to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon his retirement from the foreign service at the end of 2007. Amb. Toh has a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) degree from the University of Singapore. He also sits on the Board of another listed company as an Independent Director. |

| Mr Chng has been appointed a Director of the Company since 3 February 2005. Overseeing the Group’s strategic direction and a key contributor to new business initiatives, Mr Chng brings to his position a rich experience, knowledged management and vision to the Group. He has held various positions in other public listed companies. Mr Chng is non-executive Chairman and Director of Centillion Environment & Recycling Limited (“Centillion”), our associated company. |

| Mr Lee currently practices as a sole proprietor under the name and style of Lee Associates. Having more than 18 years of experience in law practice, Mr Lee specialise in criminal law, and is an expert on offences under the Securities and Futures Act. He has acted for Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Executive and Independent Directors of companies listed on SGX, as well as Government Linked Companies and former Member of Parliament. Mr Lee holds a LLB (Honours) degree from National University of Singapore. |
Mr Teo Soon Chye

Mr Teo is currently holding the position of “Secretary to the University (President’s Office)” at Nanyang Technological University . Mr Teo has an MBA from Harvard University and a BA in Economics from the University of Singapore . Mr Teo is Independent Director of Innovalues Limted and also Director of Harvard Singapore Foundation.
Mr Teo has enjoyed an intense but varied business career covering a range of industries with a concentration on banking, investments and education. His experience covers both operational management and staff responsibilities at senior levels of both private and publicly held corporations. Born in Singapore and based in Hong Kong for a decade, Mr Teo’s assignments have required extensive time spent abroad in Europe and North America as well as numerous locations in Asia . Mr. Teo was appointed as Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company on 12 February 2010. Mr. Teo is tasked to chair the Audit Committee and sit in the Nominating and Remuneration Committee of the Company on the same date. |
